February Winner: DCS Human Resources Hero PERK Award
The DCS Human Resources Hero PERK Program People Empowered through Recognition and Kindness-Sponsored by Human Resources and Scooter’s Coffee — we are partnering with Scooters Coffee to celebrate the outstanding dedication, hard work, and positive impact of Decatur City Schools employees. Each month, one staff member will be recognized for exemplifying excellence in their role—whether in the classroom, on a bus, in the cafeteria, office, or anywhere within our district.
This program honors employees who go above and beyond to support our students, colleagues, and community through their professionalism, innovation, and commitment to our district’s mission. Monthly honorees will be featured in district communications and receive special recognition for their contributions to educational excellence. In addition, Scooters Coffee will award monthly prizes to the winners.
By highlighting these exceptional individuals, we aim to foster a culture of appreciation and inspire all staff to continue making a difference in the lives of our students every day.
